VantagePoint processes personal data lawfully, fairly, transparently, and only for defined purposes while limiting collection and retention to what is necessary.
Lawful bases
Processing may rely on contract performance, consent, legal obligation, and legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Data-subject rights
Eligible users may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.
Security and transfers
We apply organizational and technical safeguards and assess service providers before personal data is transferred or processed outside Nigeria.
